SUMMARY Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Johnson Utilities. Assists with complaints, service orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Create new accounts. Close accounts. Advise on company information.Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. Place or cancel service orders. Answer questions about water service. Act as the company representative for each customer. Suggest solutions to customer issues. Assist in service troubleshooting.Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
